KNAPP Dental Temps of Northeast Florida was established in the fall of 2002 by Kim Knapp to help Northeast Florida dental offices meet the challenges of both permanent and temporary staffing needs. With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Kim's knowledge of the dental profession and technology creates a unique service designed to meet and exceed the expectations of dentist and their offices. Human Resource Specialist and owner Kim Knapp is able to bring her extensive clinical experience and her depth of dental office practice management in general dentistry and specialty practices to the developing of Dental Temps of Northeast Florida. Kim is committed to helping dentist find the best personnel be they dentist, hygienist, assistants, and/or front office candidates to support the permanent or temporary needs of the practice. Kim has contributed to the success of many thriving dental practices. She understands the importance and challenges of staffing a dental practice and the economic importance of having the right personnel in your practice. Kim is proud to be affiliated with Bent Ericksen and Associates as a certified Human Resource Specialist. Kim is Past President of Women Business Owners of North Florida 2008-2009 and a frequent speaker at University of Houston Small Business Development Center, inspiring start-up entrepreneurs. She also serves on several local Jacksonville, Florida Dental Advisory Boards. Kim knows all too well how her clients are busy "working in the business" and finds her passion assisting them with "working on the business" as their HR Advisor. Clients appreciate her quick response and warm personality along with her professionalism and willingness to take the extra effort to accommodate their requests. LISA MILLAN Placement Director for Dental Temps Of Northeast Florida. Lisa has been in the dental field over 25 years with experience in management and as a dental assistant. Lisa is a graduate of Florida Community College in Jacksonville and Florida College of Medical and Dental Assistants. She grew up in Jacksonville Beach and has remained in the Jacksonville area through out her career. Lisa loves helping people, which was the main reason she joined Dental Temps, so she could help the greater Jacksonville dental community maintain quality staffing. |
