Velinda "Coco" Fleming is President of Dental Temps of Northwest Florida, Inc. and the Vice President, CEO for Dental Temps Professional Services, Inc. Since her dental assistant certification in 1975 she has worked with general dentists, Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons and Prosthodontists. Coco is a consultant representing Bent Ericksen & Associates, specializing in Employment and Human Resources. She is also certified by The Bartlett Group for Integrated Performance Management. Instrumental in creating Northwest Florida Dental Assistants Society, Coco holds three officers positions in the organization and she works hand in hand with the Northwest Florida College dental department. One of her goals has always been to encourage education in the dental field and to raise the professional standards of others in her profession. She is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, where she has recently received the Above And Beyond award, the Better Business Bureau, who has awarded her with the Torch Award for Ethics in the Marketplace 2006 and 2009, and a member of good standing in the Pensacola Women's Alliance. She enjoys volunteering with such organizations as the United Cerebral Palsy foundation and Relay For Life. Originally from Hermosa Beach, California, Coco loves living on the Emerald Coast, animals, gardening, traveling and photography.
